Other comments:
This room is on the first floor of Cripps but there is a walkway outside which goes right past the window. The window is massive (2m by 3m) and slides open, which is great in summer, you can let the fresh air in, but it is a security hazard - you must close it completely or someone can easily just walk in and steal things. It can be annoying for privacy too - you have to close the curtains every time you get changed. The view is rubbish - of a wall - but the room gets a reasonably amount of light, certainly more than nearby FF5 and FF6. However I found this good, it made me spend less time looking out the window and get on with things more. No noise disruption really. In terms of location, this is a really good room. You are 20 seconds walk from both the bar and the buttery, and there is a nifty shortcut to the bike shed too. Being on the first floor there aren't masses of stairs. And the storage is so useful, I couldn't have done without it especially as I get the train home between terms so can't take all my stuff with me.
