QEnts

QEnts is made up of undergraduate students and is responsible for putting on events around college for everyone. Led by the QEnts President who also sits on the JCR Committee, they typically organise three ‘bops’ (parties) a term in the Fitzpatrick Hall, along with ‘Bounce’ (a summer party) on Erasmus lawn during Easter Term. Alongside this, smaller events and entertainment is organised and put on throughout term time in Queens’.

QEnts President

Catherine organises a schedule of bops and events for Queens’ students so that your social life at uni is the best it can be.

Bissie Shupo she/her

Vice-President / Secretary

Bissie helps to prepare and run the range of events that Qents organise, and is responsible for all Qents’ admin needs, including working with external companies to bring in acts, security, catering, etc.

Amelia Huntington she/her

Vice-President / Small Events / Bar Rep

Amelia works with the bar and catering department to organise any events requiring use of the QBar space. She also has input on bar based matters (such as drinks served), so let her know of any suggestions. Amelia is also responsible for putting together QEnts’ smaller events.

Alex Brooke he/him

Treasurer

Alex is responsible for the QEnts accounts, making sure revenue and spending are well managed

Isaac Morley he/him

Tech Creative

Isaac’s broad remit ranges from designing graphics to decorating and setting up spaces for our ents.

Toby Nee he/him

Tech Logistics

Toby is in charge of the technical elements of events, and also oversees QTech, a group of students involved with sound, lighting, and other production elements of any events put on.
